Are you over 20 and fancy a challenge?  We are always on the look out for new members of staff to help make a difference for the young people of our community.

Our squadron staff come from a variety of professions, including IT, the police, the ambulance service, etc - everyone has something to offer our cadets, regardless of background, job or experience.

There’s no need to commit to attending twice a week and multiple weekends, just tell us how much time you can spare.

You’ll have the chance to develop skills, leadership qualities and gain qualifications if you want to. But most of all, it’s important to us that all our staff have fun and enjoy themselves.
