1483 Squadron Make More Than a Splash

Swimming Competition Success

On the 26th of June the inter squadron swimming competition was held at Basildon swimming pool and 13 anxious cadets from 1483 squadron headed out to compete. Heats were held to decide who went forward to the finals and winners were awarded medals for their achievements.  

All winners were put forward to compete at wing regional's that consists of  the best cadets of the wing competing against other wings.   Eager to return home after their courageous exertions the team returned triumphant as overall 1483 squadron finished in joint second place and the senior girls finished in first place, an outstanding effort.
